  Movies 1 and 2. Movies 1 (contact) and 2 (non contact) show sets of frames from two bleach cycles. Each bleach cycle consists of ten pre-bleach, two bleach and 30 post-bleach images. Images were taken continuously without time lag. The acquisition time per frame was 106 ms. After every bleach cycle, there was a 34.45 second delay to allow for complete re-equilibration before a new cycle was started. This delay is not shown in the movie and omitted from the time scale.
