Fig. S2. In contrast to ATM, DTL does not have a role in cell-cycle blockade following low-dose X-ray-induced DNA damage. A comparison of mitosis-specific anti-histone H3-S10P antibody staining of imaginal discs of untreated and X-ray irradiated wild type, tefu/atm and dtl third instar larvae indicates that although tefu/atm mutants are defective in cell-cycle arrest, the dtl mutant displays a similar cell cycle block to the wild-type control.
