  Fig. S1. The rabbit Zfp647 antibody can detect Zfp647-β-gal fusion protein in ES492 cells at domains of constitutive heterochromatin. Deconvolved images from a single optical section of day 6 differentiated ES492 cells after immunofluorescence with antibodies that that recognise Zfp647 (red in merge) and β-gal (green in merge). DNA was counterstained with DAPI (blue in merge). Double arrowheads indicate Zfp647 and β-gal concentrated at domains of constitutive heterochromatin. Scae bars: 5 µm.
