  Fig. S1. Specificity of the anti-TC10 antibody. HEK293T cells were transfected with expression vectors for GFP or GFP-tagged Rho GTPases (RhoA, Rac1, Cdc42, TCL and TC10). Expression levels of the different proteins were confirmed by SDS-PAGE, membrane transfer and immunoblotting of each cell lysate with anti-GFP antibody (GFP). The specificity of the anti-TC10 antibody (Sigma T8950) was also tested (TC10) in the same way.
