About the Cover
Cover: U251 astrocytoma cells transfected with rat NG2 were plated on dishes coated with the NG2 monoclonal antibody D120. After 8 hours, the cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and double-stained for actin (green) and NG2 (red). Actin is present primarily in lamellipodia on the leading edges of these cells, while NG2 is present in retraction fibers on the trailing edge. See article by Stallcup and Dahlin-Huppe in J. Cell Sci. 114, pp. 2315-2325.
