About the Cover
Cover: A four-cell sea urchin embryo was labelled with antibodies to cyclin E (red) and
-tubulin (green) and visualized by confocal immunofluorescence microscopy. During early sea urchin development, cyclin E associates with the nucleus in interphase but remains associated with the chromosomes during mitosis. See article by Schnackenberg and Marzluff (pp. 113-121).
