About the Cover
Cover: A porcine tissue culture cell (LLC-PK) at early telophase of mitosis. Cells were transiently transfected with a plasmid encoding full-length survivin-GFP. During anaphase and telophase, GFP-tagged survivin (green) localizes to equatorial cortex and forms narrow filamentous accumulations between the microtubule bundles at spindle mid-zone (red). DNA (blue) is stained with DAPI. See article by Beardmore et al. (pp. 4033-4042).
