Cover: Localization of Rad18^Sc to unpaired chromatin regions. In the nucleus of a pachytene spermatocyte from the T(1;13)70H/T(1;13)Wa double-heterozygous mouse, Rad18^Sc protein (green) localizes to the XY body and the 1¹³ translocation bivalent.
