About the Cover
Cover: Axons of DRG neurons show different morphologies at different developmental stages and during regeneration after peripheral nerve injury. The image shows that cultured developing DRG neurons extend long and unbranched axons (top), whereas cultured adult DRG neurons grow highly branched axons (middle). After peripheral nerve injury, regenerating DRG neurons regain the ability to extend unbranched axons (bottom). See article by Zhou et al. (pp. 2787-2796).
