Cover: Downregulation of B-Myb by RNA interference leads to chromosome instability. The merged image shows double labelling of CENPa (orange) and DNA (DAPI, green) of chromosome spreads from HEL megakaryoblastic cells that had been subjected to treatment with a B-myb siRNA. Notice the occurrence of chromosomal abnormalities including end-to-end fusion, chromosome fragmentation and loss of chromosome segments. See article by P. García and J. Frampton (pp. 1483-1493).
