About the Cover
Cover: NIH-3T3 cells were fixed and immunofluorescently labeled with rat 3F3A monoclonal antibodies against AMFR (red) and mouse monoclonal antibody against mitochondrial HSP70 (green). Hoechst 33258 dye was used to stain the nucleus (blue). The 3F3A-labeled endoplasmic reticulum domain and mitochondria show extensive colocalization that is disrupted by physiological levels of free cytosolic Ca2+. See article by J. G. Goetz et al. (pp. 3553-3564).
