Cover: Drosophila spermatogenesis − sperm tails (green or yellow) coil in the base of the testes before storage in the seminal vesicles (solid yellow structures) and release into the ejaculatory duct, where accessory gland (striated structures) secretions are added. Red bars in testes are F-actin structures with roles in sperm individualisation. See article by Texada et al. (p. 1926).
