Cover: Development of polarity in dissociated hippocampal neurons. Axon specification is preceded by the establishment of an endogenous polarity axis. The neuron in the centre of the picture displays re-polymerized microtubules arranged in a bipolar manner after nocodazol treatment (centrosome in red, tubulin in green, nucleus in blue).
