Cover: Arrested S. pombe cdc10.v50 cells were subjected to osmotic shock and fixed 40, 60 or 120 minutes later. A mixture of cells from each time point was then stained using the cell-wall marker Calcofluor White; the image is pseudo-coloured green. See article by A. M. Robertson and I. M.
