Cover: 185/333 proteins are putative immune response proteins expressed by two types of coelomocytes in the purple sea urchin; small phagocytes (small, filopodial cells stained red) and polygonal phagocytes (large, irregularly shaped cells) with 185/333+ perinuclear vesicles (red).
