About the Cover
Cover: A Drosophila egg chamber expressing PH(PLC
)-GFP, which reveals phosphatidylinositol (4,5)-bisphosphate (green), and RFP-Skittles (blue), a phosphatidylinositol 4-phosphate 5-kinase. The egg chamber is further immunostained with phalloidin (red), which reveals F-actin. When Skittles is overexpressed, large PH(PLC
)-GFP/RFP-Skittles-positive structures in the oocyte cytoplasm are present and are associated with F-actin. See article by J. Compagnon et al. (pp. 25-35).
