Fig. S2. MiR-376c does not affect luciferase activity of the p-miR-Report. To determine the specificity of miR-376c on ALK7 3′UTR, the p-miR-report plasmid lacking the 3′UTR of ALK7 was cotransfected with different concentrations of the negative control (NC) or miR-376c into both OV2008 (top panel) or A2780s cells (bottom panel). No difference between the control and miR-376c transfected cells was observed.
