  • Cells were treated twice with RNAi against 23C-γ-tubulin and observed at day 7. The spindles were labelled with antibodies against α-tubulin, whereas the poles were challenged with antibodies against γ-tubulin, Asp, CP190 or centrosomin. All confidence intervals (in parentheses) were calculated for a probability of 95%.
