  • The mean step size was calculated at Δt=10 seconds. Since only the graphs for average <Δd2> vs. Δt for differentiated cells and fixed control reach a plateau (Fig. 3C and Fig. 4), the values for the radius of confinement for the other data sets were computed from the <Δd2> values at Δt=120 seconds. These values represent the lower limit of the radius of confinement.
